  • 1.  GCBA interval timout

    GCBA has a default timeout of 240 min. I have noticed that when this timer runs out when an agent is on a call the screen stops recording and it possibly stops the Media Helper. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Hi @Edward Gonzales,

    As far as I am aware, GCBA shouldn't refresh if there is an interaction in progress.  If you can capture the logs of an example where it has refreshed whilst an interaction was in progress it might be worth raising a case with Customer Care.
    You can find the GCBA log file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Genesys\GenesysCloudBackgroundAssistant\logs\background-assistant.log. (Deploy Genesys Cloud Background Assistant (GCBA))
