Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi Heaven,

As of now, I have not seen an official announcement for the Genesys Xperience 2027 dates or location. The currently published information is for Xperience 2026, which will take place September 1-3, 2026, at the Wynn Las Vegas.

Historically, many conferences announce the following year's event either during the current conference or shortly afterward, so it's very possible that details for Xperience 2027 will be shared near the end of Xperience 2026 or in the weeks that follow. However, I haven't found any official confirmation of the 2027 schedule yet.

I'd recommend keeping an eye on:

• The Genesys Events page
• The Xperience event site
• The Genesys Community announcements section

Those are typically the first places where new event information is published.

If anyone attending Xperience 2026 hears an announcement about 2027, hopefully they can update this thread.

Thanks!

Thank you! I'll keep an eye out!
