  • 1.  Genesys and Jack Henry's Agent Desktop

    Do any financial institutions have Genesys integrated with Jack Henry's agent desktop to pull phone numbers?  If so, I would love it if we could touch base.  It does not always work for us and I am trying to troubleshoot.  Genesys has looked at the set up in Genesys and stated it looks correct.

    Hello Tonya!

    I would be interested in what the community has to offer regarding this, but as a next sort of troubleshooting step. Have you reached out to the author of the integration? Often times I find that its an issue on the integration authors end and they need to apply a small patch to update the integration. I do see you have a care ticket open as well and you are looking for a meeting between JH and Genesys. Which I think is a good next step. 

    We will keep an eye on this ticket and this community thread and tap some resources to see what we can do from a community POV while you work with Care.
