    Hello Team,

    I've opened up a specific ask on the developer page to try and get an answer if we could pull information from a form that is filled out on our website and use Genesys to route it to a specific queue that we would determine.

    Please review and give me your thoughts!

    Hello Team! I have a possible future project involving Genesys for some time soon and our owners have asked me to see if this is something Genesys can accomplish. This is only an idea at this point and depending on the information so all I am looking for is a yes Genesys can do this or no Genesys can't do this.
