Analytics Aggregates API now returns only filter-matching groupings

Genesys Cloud now provides consistent filtering behavior across all Analytics Aggregates API endpoints, including conversations, transcripts, flows, and bots. When a request filters by a dimension such as userId, flowId, or queueId, the API response returns only groupings that match the specified filter criteria. This change helps ensure more precise aggregate responses and reduces unnecessary data in the response payload.

Great summary, thanks for sharing 👍

This looks like a welcome change, especially around the admin consistency angle they mention. We've seen in several projects that the learning curve for new admins gets longer when the People & Permissions UI feels disconnected from the rest of the Admin sections - having it now aligned with the new Users Management navigation should help a lot with that.

A question for anyone who's already seen this in their org: does the Person Attributes tab still support the same custom attributes without needing any reconfiguration, or did you notice any adjustments needed post-update? We'd like to validate this before communicating it to clients who use custom attributes for skills-based routing.

Thank you for the comprehensive update. I'm particularly interested in exploring these new Genesys Cloud architecture and AI capabilities in greater depth.

I'm especially interested in how these enhancements can be leveraged to design more scalable and intelligent customer experience architectures, including AI orchestration, integrations, extensibility, automation, and the use of APIs and data services across the Genesys Cloud platform.

It will be valuable to understand how these capabilities can be applied to enterprise use cases while maintaining scalability, security, observability, and operational flexibility.
