    Hey everyone,
    We will be running a beta of our upcoming stand-alone digital offer that is focused on the agent workspace. The beta will cover:
    • asynchronous web messaging
    • the digital focused agent workspace
    For those who want to participate, this beta has been designed around expedience for testers. In fact, this should only take about an hour of your time both to test and give feedback. The reason is because the beta will be conducted over a sandbox test website, meaning no setup and no beta agreement that needs to be signed to participate. What we would love to get is your feedback into the functionality you will be testing. 
    We look forward to your use of the beta and appreciate both your time and feedback as part of this process.
