  • 1.  Genesys Cloud for digital (text) with Amazon Lex integration

    Hi,

    actually, the integration with a chatbot for digital channels between Genesys Cloud and Amazon Lex uses Amazon Lex V1 (for voicebot integration Genesys Cloud supports Amazon Lex V2). AWS has announced the end of support for Amazon Lex V1 next September, 15th of 2025.

    When will be available the Genesys Cloud - Amazon Lex V2 available for digital (text) channels? If it's possible the beta and GA dates

    Hi Samuel, I saw the idea you attached to your answer, but I thought that just as there is an integration with Amazon Lex V2 for voice, it would be extended to text.

    The solution is Genesys Bot Connector, like other external bot
