In Genesys Cloud for Salesforce, when I receive an email or a chat, the email/chat content opens in the InteractionUtility. If I want to see the script, I need to click on the script tab, but it only opens in a small part of the width (like around 20% or so) and there is no way to expand. There are no "3 dots" button like in Genesys Cloud portal. This makes the script very small and misformatted for agent usage.
Is there any way to make it expandable?
Or in alternative, any way of having a dedicated widget with only the script?

Are you in Windows Edge or Chrome? If so, it is just a matter of pulling out the corners of the orphaned window.
Unfortunately, it' s not a matter of pulling the corners. Even If I resize the window, the script will not even grow. See print of Interactions window below:
Left panel is the interaction list.Center panel is the email.Right panel is the script. That panel cannot be expanded like it does in Genesys Cloud UI (with the three dots in vertical separator between center and right panels).
