For Genesys Cloud, the easiest way to integrate with Zoho would be by using a solution from one of our AppFoundry partners, like this solution: https://appfoundry.genesys.com/filter/genesyscloud/listing/075f1ae1-217f-43ce-a84c-5c7cc793ecce
Alternatively you can visit the Genesys Cloud Developer Center (https://developer.genesys.cloud) and read about the Embeddable Framework that would allow your develolpment team to create their own integration to Zoho.
