  • 1.  Genesys Cloud Messenger Widget Modification

    Hi All,

    In Messenger Configuration, do we have a flexibility to edit the Verbiage on the Button - Join Co-Browse and the Verbiage that comes after clicking that button?

    Please find the attached screenshots for your reference. Kindly suggest a way in which this customization can be done.

    Hello Surya, 

    I have looked into the messenger configuration and don't see a way to edit the verbiage for the button and what comes after. At this time I don't think this can be done. 

    I would submit and idea to our ideas lab to get this enhancement.
