I am pleased to announce the exciting news that Cards and Carousels are coming soon to Genesys Digital Bot Flows. Therefore applications are now open for Beta This is available to customers, partners, and internal orgs - so I encourage you to sign up and share your feedback. It is the first feature that will give you a flavour of the rich elements coming into digital bots and gives you a opportunity to give your thoughts and help us carve out the future of this product.This feature will enable the bot author to create cards and carousels within digital bot flows. It will give them the ability to curate structured cards that may contain images, text, buttons, links or reply options, giving them more choice on how to structure their bot.The benefit of cards and carousels is it enables an end user to quickly navigate the conversation, creating a more visually appealing and responsive way of engaging. It can be used to navigate the user, help guide them to their resolution as well as executing key actions flows. We aim to open this beta by mid June. Is Cards and Carousels avilable now in BETA or not ?
Yes, it has for a while now, we have enabled a few for BT. If you have any problems, please email me on firstname.lastname@example.org

Will this feature have the ability to restrict free text typing by the customer? We want to display cards or carousels and not allow the customer to type in anything into the chat/web messaging window. Is this possible?
