Carl, there is no copyright infringement when downloading in batch, the resulting TTS output. That's exactly why MSoft and Google provide the capabilities to do so. Amazon is a little more difficult, but the same goes with their voices.
If still in doubt, have a discussion with the Azure and Google folks and they will back up what I am saying here.

Sorry for the moral soapbox here. The Voice Talent and the TTS engines are intellectual property of these service providers. By using a recording of their service, you are essentially stealing their property. I liken it to the going out and buying a Windows CD and installing it on 20 computers or recording someone's song off a CD and broadcasting it without permission. Engineers and Voice Talent count on royalties to make a living. We should not steal from them unless they specifically give us the rights to do so.

Genesys uses a couple of Enhanced TTS vendors but the only one that is any good IMHO are the Microsoft Azure voices. You can easily determine which ones those are. You can then go to the Microsoft site and set up an account and create all of the wav files you want and import them into Genesys. The cost is insanely cheap, something like $10 for every million characters read. Hope this helps.

Has anyone found a way to download the TTS audio used in Architect?
We use Genesys Enhanced TTS and I would like to create a WAV file from it. I know from the console this is not possible, but anyone else needed to do this and found a way that keeps the quality high?
thx
