    Hi Friends,

    I am developing an IVR flow in Genesys Intelligent Automation.

    There are few points where I would need suggestion -

    1) In a menu,if I want different handling for no input and no match, what are the different paths which I will create?

    2) Suppose for first match, I would like to play prompt A and for second time no match prompt B .

    Similarly,3rd no match, an error message.

    How can I achieve it?
