Hi all, is anyone using the Genesys Tempo App at the moment please?
We have recently started encouraging Agents to use this with varying results. Seems to be stable on Android Devices but not Apple iOS.
I wanted to ignore the reviews on the Apple App & Google Play Stores & find out if this is being widely used & more importantly, is this still being supported on the Genesys side?
