  • 1.  Genesys Tempo App

    Hi all, is anyone using the Genesys Tempo App at the moment please?

    We have recently started encouraging Agents to use this with varying results. Seems to be stable on Android Devices but not Apple iOS.
    I wanted to ignore the reviews on the Apple App & Google Play Stores & find out if this is being widely used & more importantly, is this still being supported on the Genesys side?

    Hey Chris,

    While I can't speak on customer adoption of the Genesys Tempo App, I'll let others chime in with their stories, I did see that we released an update for Tempo to access the FedRAMP region towards the end of last year, and have rolled out several language updates earlier this year.
