We are researching if there is currently any Genesys Capability to assist in the creation of Test/Quiz program to assign randomly Quiz to our agents in our Contact Center to Test their knowledge on different topics. Any best practices around this area or information that could assist in our research for this initiative, is greatly appreciate it

Hello Wilfredo, 

I am not aware of a feature like this existing currently in GenCloud. There might be an appfoundry application/integration that does this but I am not aware of any. This does sound like an excellent Idea though and I think a lot of customers might be interested in some thing like this. I would throw it up in our ideas portal to get the ball rolling.
