  • 1.  Genesys Virtual Number needed to mask call between a customer and a driver

    Hello,

    One customer are building an app just like UBER and they need a feature where when a customer calls the driver, it should be an anonymous call. 

    Is there a possibility to have a Virtual number from Genesys? Is there a feature in Genesys Cloud where we can mask the number of customer.

    Looking forward to have a response on this.

    Hi @Samuel Jillard,

    We are working on this using IVR. There is still too much data to explore with customer. In process to have more discussions with the customer. Will comments once we have a solution.
