  • 1.  Get Digital Campaign (messagingcampaigns) Interactions

    I am working with Outbound Digital Campaigns. I can Get Dialer Campaign Interactions for a Voice Campaign from API Explorer, but no API is available to get the interactions for a digital Campaign. Several other APIs are available for Voice Campaigns but not for Digital campaigns. Is this a coming roadmap item, or am I missing something? Thanks.

    Hey Martin,

    I didn't see anything like that on the Roadmap. I saw a few you may want to check out the Genesys Cloud Developer Forum to see if they have some APIs that can help you. And if all else fails, you could post an Idea on the Product Ideas Lab.

    Can't you just query the Interactions for that campaign in the Conversations API?  Are you looking for the actual dials or the stats?
