  • 1.  Get Total Caller Silence of an interaction

    Hi,

    From Interaction Details or API, you can get the total silence of an interaction, but this total is from both, agent and caller.

    Is there a way to get only the total silence from only the caller?

    There is no way to really do that easily, even with the API, but here is an idea you can vote on:  Add option for silence by channel | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal
