  • 1.  Glitch in Cloud Certified Partner (CCP) Course API Lab

    I am facing issues in Cloud Certified Partner course- CCP: Genesys Cloud CX API – Lab 1 simulator

    In Task 1 of Lab 1 even after setting Token duration to 7000 the simulator is not responding. In that response box a "|" is by default appearing to the left of the number which I am not able to remove using backspace, it is kind of permanently printed in that part. Even the Tick symbol which is at the bottom of the player that is also not working. I am using Microsoft edge latest version for this course, so I don't think the problem is with the browser. I have also tried with Google Chrome but facing same issue there as well. Usually if we click at any part other than the required response area the simulator gives a warning pop up, but it is not happening in this case, I think the simulator stops working at this point of the Task, to explain the problem better I am attaching the screenshot as well. Anyone who has faced similar issue please respond.

    I noticed that Rodrigo already answered your question in the Support.

    I also would like to mention that the CCP program has a dedicated channel for queries regarding the simulated labs, which is Partner.Academy@genesys.com

    Hi Rafael,

    Thank you for your response. Yesterday while I was trying with multiple options, came to know that after choosing the Token to 7000, we needs to press enter key and it works !! That's all.
