  • 1.  Has anyone seen the following error? - "view of the queue contents has been temporarily suspended."

    Has anyone see this error? This error appears in Pureconnect and ICBM. This is effecting agents, supervisors, and the full administrators. Just popped up this morning, and no changes were made over the holiday.

    I would check the QueueStatProvider subsystem through IC System Manager and be sure it is running.

    Thank you. The services were running, and we tried restarting. We have all but one workgroup back. Only able to view in Interaction Connection.

    Hello Altaviese,

    You can check ICBM logs @100 level.

    Logs may lead you to follow the root cause.
