  • 1.  Having a Call flow directly post to a 3rd party API

    Would it be possible to have a Voice flow post directly to a non Genesys/azure/google/AWS API items generated from variables created from a IVR?

    If so, are there any resources that would be a good place to start looking at to build such a thing?

    Also, is it possible on a CX2 to have Participant data written directly to a "Static" email address?
