We tested Poly (HP) Voyager 4310 (4320) and installed Plantronics Hub with the mixed results.
(I found somewhere on Genesys website write up that they don't support new Poly Lens software).
Call Control availability was intermittent and range (bluetooth) wasnt that great.
We have better results with Jabra Engage 55:
- Using Jabra Direct client
- Jabra Link 400 (USB dongle)
- DECT technology (Great range)
- Jabra Engage 55 Headset
Once connected detected by PC, Call Control worked without issues.

Subject: Headset Compatibility
At our org, we use Jabra Evolve2's or Poly Voyager 4310's/4320's. If I had to recommend one, I'd recommend the Jabra Evolve2's over the Poly's any day. The Poly headsets are slightly nicer in my opinion, but they require additional software which isn't really easily available from HP. However, the software does "just work" (mostly), and our agents love them.
The Jabra headsets integrate directly with Genesys Cloud via WebUSB, so it's native and requires no additional software. With enterprise policy, you could very likely force-allow WebUSB for Jabra headsets as well, but I'm not for certain on that. In either case, once permission is granted (Genesys will ask users for permission when setting up the audio profile, otherwise you can click the "refresh" button next to the "Headset Software Not Running" message to force it) you can use the dedicated headset buttons to mute, unmute, answer, and hang up. Some support hold depending on the headset.
