  • 1.  Headset Muting itself

    We are using the Jabra 30 II Evolve USB headset and we are getting complaints for some users that the headset is muting itself. We've replaced the headset several times and tried different browsers. Any suggestions?

    Hi Chris,

    Is it muting in Genesys Cloud i.e. the microphone icon is red or jus that the agent cant be heard by the customer?
    Also, is the Jabra software up to date?
