    Hi Vinicius, welcome! 

    I work mostly on IVR flows in Architect. Nice to see more LATAM folks here. I also enjoyed your tip about using a data table as a lock for scheduled workflows.

    Since you use WhatsApp and outbound campaigns, I'd be curious to hear how that's working for you in Brazil.
