    Hey Everyone,

I wanted to get your thoughts on something. I have been receiving someone named Gary's packages for about a week now. Some are from Amazon. Some are from UPS. The issue is that he is using my address, so I have no idea how to find this Gary. I kept thinking he will show up at my house one day, but it's been a week now and nothing.

Any thoughts on if I should return them or how long I should hold onto them thinking Gary may come knocking on my door? It's quite a pile now, at least eight boxes. Any thoughts or has this happened to you?

    Cheers,

    Matt

Matt, that's crazy! We frequently get mail for someone in our neighborhood, but that is user error on the letter carrier's part and it's close enough that we just drop it off.

Here is my less than practical & not so helpful advice: Assume that Gary is your secret shopper, and save the packages & wrap them up for Xmas or birthday gifts. Everyone will be surprised by your gifts - even you!

lol. Yeah, I have one neighbor that has the same street number as me and we are constantly swapping prisoners of botched deliveries.

I mean, we are in the holiday season...maybe Gary watches the Q&A Show and knows exactly what I need??

But yeah, I wish I could return/refund them through amazon, but I haven't figured that out.

I just looked at a recent Amazon box and it has an Amazon tracking number on it. If it was delivered by Amazon, maybe they can associate that tracking number back to an order number? I mean, they SHOULD be able to, but will they.
