    Is there a historical report available to show what phone our agents have selected each day/date?

    I saw many posts about it including on ideas lab too but cannot filter through all of the jobs to see current status. 

    Is it available and if not, is it being worked on?

    Hello Clare, 

    At this time I dont think this is currently a functionality we currently have. I do see this idea, this is just about phones in the performance view but I would recommend going in there and posting about being able to run a historical report as well. Or you can make your own idea as well.
