Hello Everyone,
Hope all are doing Well. I wan to merge customer's history chat session into new chat session via composer Routing.
Once Agent Received the Chat invite, that invite will contains with old conversion session. After agent joined the session can able to see all history of transcript into chat main window. Agents are using WWE for handle chat interactions.
