If you have a phone number attached to the group, you can run the interactions report under Performance > Workspace > Interactions and filter by DNIS.
Calls to the group should come up:
You can also run a DNIS performance report and filter on your group's phone number:

Hello! We have a specific department that has a ring group "hotline" in place.How do I locate how many calls have been received for that group? It's a ring group only and not tied to a queue.
