  • 1.  How long after passing Exam before receiving Badge?

    I passed the WFM certification exam on Wednesday, created the Credly account, but have not receive the Genesys Beyond email with the link to get the badge added.  Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the email with the link to your badge, after passing the certification exam?

    I passed mine in May so it feels like forever ago. But I believe I had the badge the same day to add to my email signature and LinkedIn.

    The badge will be assigned to you in 14 working days from the date of completing the exam.

    Gina, congratulations on passing your WFM certification exam. Your badge can take up to a week to arrive, so hang tight. You will receive a notification in your email.

    Officially it says, 14 days. But usually you get it within a week from the day you pass the exam.
