    Hi,

    In my custom application, I need to monitor the events when a call is transferred from the one agent to another.

    I would like to know how to do subscription to the events in order to monitor/capture event details in Realtime.

    I tried by making connection to Tserver. I'm receiving all the events which I need to further narrow down it.
