We are dialing outbound calls in Push Preview mode and its working fine. But the issue we face is in Infomart where we don't get any Call ID of the calls dialled using Push Preview because of which we are not able to generate reports of this campaign.
So need to understand has anybody faced any such issue in past and what was the solution implemented.
