    Hello Everyone,

    In Workspace Desktop Edition we have the configuration for showing previous chat session with current contact are to be displayed. The Key name is: 

    chat.historical.maximum-age

    Same key we have configured in WWE Cluster application but not working. How can I Achieve this feature in WWE? Please Assist on this.
