Hello all,Thought it would be wise to ask the experts here to see if any of you had ran into anything like this before. We're running 2021 R4 and recently installed Patch 20. We don't suspect Patch 20 is at fault, however our issue did begin around the same time as we applied the patch. This is a Windows 2016 physical server and what we're seeing is the IC service on reboot simply doesn't want to start normally. It also fails to start in many instance when we try to manually start it. IC and ININ Trace services are both set to Automatic (Delayed Start)"Occasionally" upon reboot, IC does start gracefully and also "occasionally" when we manually attempt to start it, it will start. Actually if we see Interaction Center starting and bringing up services, then it will complete the startup process as expected and we eventually get a 15008. When it does NOT start, we see no IC log files nor does Application Log in Event viewer show anything other than the errors below.Anyone experienced anything like this before? This is a new/strange one for us as this server had been fine up until that point. They have been pending OS patches, so we recently stepped through confirming all OS patches had been installed. The simple fact that IC is making no attempt to start in most cases makes us think something OS related running in the background.Thanks all.Here is what we typically see in Event Viewer when IC doesn't even try to start any services:

A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the ININ Tracing Initialization 21-4 service to connect.

The ININ Tracing Initialization 21-4 service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
