Mine would be not to be afraid to experiment, make mistakes, and ask questions.

For me, it would be don't just learn Genesys Cloud build something with it, and spend time in the Community.

Read Community discussions and especially the replies. There is a lot of knowledge and real-world experience shared there that you can learn from.

Combine that with hands-on practice in Architect, APIs and workflows. That combination of learning, building, troubleshooting and learning from others has probably helped me the most.

Those are great pieces of advice ☺️

Don't be afraid to push the boundaries of what you know; try to build flows outside of your comfort zone. If you're coming from a different platform, its ok to challenge the status quo. Just because you did something one way before does not mean you need to make it more complicated to do the same thing in CXCloud. Take the blinders off and let the innovation fly. 

Secondly, I do wish I had found the community sooner than I did; there has been a wealth of information that could have helped along the development journey. 

Lastly, play around in api explorer; there are some functionalities that are available on other platforms that are not natively available on the CXCloud UI. Understanding what all API's you have access to can definitely help when the business comes asking for something that is not available in the UI.
