Greetings Community! I'm excited to join the team at Waterfield as a Partner of Genesys and am excited to share many years of Contact Center experience with others. I welcome questions regarding WFM, Training, Supervisory Tools, Soft Skills, and Agent Training Tools and basically anything Contact Center related. I worked with this platform for several years then left to pursue other Contact Center Training opportunities and I'm excited to be back, feels like coming home.
