Has anyone gotten inbound emails to route into PureCloud successfully with IMAP and Outlook 365? We have setup our IMAP server in Intergrations and received a successful connection. I added the domain, the email address we are using, and the Domain Settings to use our custom IMAP server for inbound emails, set the routing to go to a queue. When sending an email, we see the email come into the Inbox, but it never routes to our queue.
