    We are pleased to let you know that we start accepting Beta participants to Improved agent to agent digital interaction transfer feature in Dev, Test, Demo and Production environments. 

    This is a follow up to the notification Upcoming Agent UI Changes - Improved Digital Transfer Experience posted on March 3, 2023.

    You can submit your Beta registration form to join this Beta.
