  • 1.  Incomplete flow execution history for in-queue callflows

    Hi all,

    We are having issues when querying flow execution history for inqueue callflows. We've already setup the proper configurations and roles and we're able to query other flow types no problem. However, when it comes to inqueue callflows, we noticed that the history is incomplete and sometimes an instance would show up but disappear after a few minutes. 

    If queried by conversationId:

    Still no inqueue. When I query for another conversationId:

    Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there something we are missing? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

    Hello Dianne,

    Am I understanding you correctly? Are you saying that the results do show up initially, but you are unable reproduce the results after a short amount of time?

    Hi Jason,

    Yes, that's right. I would place a test call and the instance would show up when queried, but then after a few minutes, it would disappear. It's also a hit or miss. Sometimes it would show up briefly and disappear but most of the time it won't show up at all.

    Hi Dianne,

    Did you ever resolve this?  I am trying to see if I can replicate.  Are you doing it for historical calls (with an end time) or for active calls (no end time)?

    Thank you for looking into this. No, unfortunately we haven't resolved this yet. We are doing it for historical calls.

    Hi Dianne,

    I was unable to replicate, so I am unsure why you can't see the execution history.

    I would recommend double checking the Historical execution data overview resource center page, and if you re sure all the relevant permissions etc are met, then I would raise a case with customer care to check this.
