We are in the process of of decommissioning our I3 Pureconnect system. Our only issue left is to convert our call recordings to WAV file. I was told we could use the archive function in the Interaction Recorder container but it is missing.
Any ideas on how to get it back?
The Interaction Recorder shows that it is active.
