Thank you for the clarification. However, I've noticed that the "ALL" filter allows both voice and callbacks to be selected together. Could someone provide more insight into why this filter works differently from the individual voice and callback filters? Specifically, what's the distinction in how the system processes these filters?

This is by design please see the following documentation. It doesn't really give a reason why this is set but it might have to do with how the system process both.
