  • 1.  internal calls in cx cloud from genesys and salesforce integration

    hello

    we have the CX cloud from genesys and salesforce integration.
    we cannot make and internal call from salesforce.
    we have not button or some way to make internal calls
    i don't know i we don't have some configuration or permission, but at the configuration manual we have anything from this.


    if i make an internal call from genesys to a salesforce agent, he can take the call. but in the other way it cannot do.

    can you help us?

    Hello Micaela, 

    The best thing to do is open a case with customer care for this. This will require more technical investigation than we can do here in a public forum.
