hello
we have the CX cloud from genesys and salesforce integration.
we cannot make and internal call from salesforce.
we have not button or some way to make internal calls
i don't know i we don't have some configuration or permission, but at the configuration manual we have anything from this.
if i make an internal call from genesys to a salesforce agent, he can take the call. but in the other way it cannot do.
can you help us?
