Hoping for a hand from the experts on this one. We have what seems to be an odd issue. If an external call is received by a PureConnect agent/user and a voicemail is left, the voicemail is delivered successfully as expected. However if an internal or intercom call is placed from one agent to another on the system, the voicemail is never received or delivered.
In both scenarios, the voicemail handler is firing and the message is being recorded successfully. For some reason, the email that has the voicemail attached is never received on the internal call.
Any suggestions? We assume internal calls/voicemail must be handled differently than external calls that route to a users voicemail.
We're taking look at PostOfficeServer among others, but haven't quickly identified where the problem is just yet.
Fingers crossed someone has ran across something like this before.
