Hello Haridass,
Having those settings enabled should allow you to use Voice Barge-In. I would recommend getting a failed example and opening up a case with Customer Care with a recent interactionID. They should be able to check the logs and configuration and see why it's not working in your scenarios.

Hi,
In Inbound call flow the menu voice is not get recognized if i interupted in between the prompt even BargeIn is enabled for that prompt.
Scenario:
If you want to cancel your appointment please say cancel ->If i say cancel inbetween it's not recognizing
If i say cancel once the prompt played it got recognized.
Is there any other setting needs to be changed for this voice recognization issue in Architect menu's. Or any other option to train this.
