    Is there way to enable call history when calling on behalf of the queue on PureCloud? I already looked in the documentation & I couldn't find anything about it.

    Not that I know of.  If you give access to My Interactions in the Performance Workspace, the agent can see all the calls made on behalf of a queue.

    Hi Bernardo, can you please clarify what you mean by call history here?  An agent should already be able to see their call history under the phone icon in the UI... the following was an outbound call I made on behalf of queue:

    Thanks for your responses, we have decided to add the to the external contacts a few numbers, so the agent don't need to copy and paste the whole number, instead the just type the name of the customer they want to call.
