  • 1.  is there a time limitation on the call coversation

    Let say a user handle a incound call, during the calls he press hold button and put customer on hold . However the agent go to make other urgent matter and forget the customer . is the call will ayto drop after 30 mintues or 1 hr etc.?where to config this ?

    Hi George

    I don't believe there is a maximum hold time for an interaction where the system would automatically disconnect the interaction.
