Genesys Cloud API does not directly provide a method to determine if an agent is in ACW.
As simple as it may sound to retrieve a list of users in ACW, I have not been able to find a way, and from what I have been able to determine, it is not a status you define but the result of the current state of the user on a particular interaction.
We are trying to use Genesys API in order to configure Alerts through teams when ACW exceeds a certain timeframe.
