    I mean, transfer all the configuration (queues, flows, scripts, etc.) from the production environment to the pre-production environment (is that, from the production organization to pre-production organization)

    So there is the CX as a Code option: CX as Code and there is also a good Dev Blog that might help to understand if this would suit your use: How to begin your CX as Code Journey

    It may also be worth looking in the AppFoundry to see if anything else exists there.

    I would recommend CloudCX (Home - Cloudcx). It's available through the AppFoundry or directly. Happy to set-up a demo for you, if you are interested.

    As @Samuel Jillard mentioned, there are ways to do this on your own, but there is some effort associated with getting your development teams up to speed with everything.
