You may have heard the news that Journey Management is coming to Genesys Cloud, but if you want a taste of journey management now, check out Journey Flows in Architect! Journey Flows give you a deeper level of visualization and insights into customer behavior within Architect flows, allowing you make changes to flows and design better experiences for customers on a flow-by-flow basis. 

Beyond has two trainings to support this new functionality.
