Hello Robert, how are you?
You always help me in unusual situations for my clients and I have one more, I implemented Knowledge Workbench in all clients, usually with Copilot, they are really enjoying it, however, they are creative and I have one, the largest client, who is asking me for the optimizer API to use data collection and data assembly with BI, there they work 100% with Genesys APIs for BI, we are competing with SalesForce, so we have a problem, because it provides public APIs for this type of activity, honestly I searched the APIs that we have in the developer center and there is no part of the optimizer, do we have these APIs, can we build BI or is it out of the question?
Thank you for all the help and kindness always

That is normal behavior. The only thing that gives you any indication that you completed the operation is the tiny little notification in the top-right of the screen.

Subject: Knowledge Optimizer Unanswered Queries
When using the Knowledge Optimizer to select and drag unanswered queries to existing articles, I see the selected query move to the article, and it shows that it was either successfully linked to the article, or that it was already linked to the article. I would expect to no longer see that unanswered query in the list of items to handle but the next time I visit the Optimizer all the unanswered queries I have previously handled are there again.
Am I missing something? Is this expected? Is there a better way to manage unanswered queries so I am not reworking them? Thank you!
